On behalf of our client, a large IT System House, we are seeking an experienced Release Manager to coordinate the overall release lifecycle across several software development teams.

Main tasks:
- Plan and communicate release windows and overall release Lifecyle over several agile nearshore software development teams
- Evaluate and maintain release management processes, quality gates and deliverable
- Review and ensure completeness of release artifacts
- Ensure compliance to entry and exit governance criteria on every deployment
- Plan and communicate release schedule to all Stakeholders
- Publish regular release status to all Stakeholders
- Manage and execute emergency release activities between development teams, testing, user acceptance and hosting provider
- Monitor and control all release activities
- Maintain and publish release calendar
- Facilitate release planning and go-no-go sessions with Stakeholders
- Manage and identify risks that may affect release scope, release duration, and environments
Main qualifications
- Solid experience in Release Management
- Advanced knowledge of software development lifecycle in JAVA, Micro Services, CI/CD-Tools, DevOps and automation
- Experience in agile software development methodology (SCRUM, SAFe)
- Experience with Continuous Delivery Pipeline with continuous code integration from several software development teams
- Demonstrated effective leadership and analytical skills
- Ideally experience with Blockchain / Digital Assets
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
