Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen Data Engineer Web Services UNIX ShellScript Python R Git Spotfire wie folgt:

Main Tasks
? Aktive Unterstützung der des bestehenden Teams im Bereich der Data Engineering

Skills
? Clinical imaging experience (preferably in Ophthalmology, Neurology or similar).
? Proficiency with standard medical image formats (e.g. DICOM, TIFF, MHD). Proficiency with proprietary formats a plus
? Very good practical IT skills and mastering of standard technologies (Web services, HTTP, UNIX, shell programming)
? Proven experience with data warehousing, data ingestion, and data profiling. Proficiency with relational database queries (SQL), pivoting data, and working with clinical data standards (e.g. SDTM format)
? Ability to produce, interpret and report on data summaries of clinical datasets and dataset samples. Proficient in Python and/or R, and git. Clean coding experience with a divide-and-conquer approach (i.e. modular approach) to solve complex problems
? Comfortable working with other teams, scientific computing and data architects, to offer robust and fit-for-purpose solutions
? Communication skills for presenting results and ensuring alignment with stakeholders and business partners. Mastering of business intelligence software (e.g. Spotfire)
? Clinical data engineering and connecting to images (sync and integrate)
? (backend- and front-end components
? Tech Ops (also collaborations)
