Aufgaben, Tasks:· Align with Compliance Governance in regard to deletion approach of personal data for different Compliance department
· Define Guiding Principles for treatment, storage and deletion of Compliance relevant data including personal data of customers and Non-customers stored on fileshares, sharepoint and Collaboration room
· Research and Faciliation of tools for support of automized data deletion on fileshares, sharepoint and collaboration room of Compliance
· Align with Compliance Governance in regard to deletion approach
· Proactively drive deletion of personal data on fileshares, sharepoint and collaboration room in close cooperation and alignment with data owner
· Document deletion progress and achieved milestones
· Provide specifications and alignment with Lotus Notes developers in regard to clean up procedures of personal data within Lotus Notes Databases
· Support of the Compliance Governance department in regard to further GDPR relevant activities (eg process adaptions and descriptions, KPI definition)
Skill: Consultant (m/w/d) Data Analyst with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
· Experience with Sharepoint
· Experience with Data Analyzis, Data Storage
· Experience with GDPR requirements and understanding of main GDPR concepts (eg legitimate interest for storage of personal data)
· Experience with specification of business requirements and guidelines
· Experience with Lotus Notes database and Microsoft Exchange Mail programs
· Adequate technical education or experience ideally with GDPR background
· Strong conceptual and experienced Hands On approach

· Pro-active attitude and team orientation
· Strong conceptual, structured and experienced Hands On approach
· Excellent communication skill
· Very good command of English (mandatory) and German (nice to have)
· Motivation to drive GDPR Compliance topics within a banks Compliance department
