Senior Frontend Developer- Web Applications/Agile/EnglishProject/Role:
Client has assembled a SCRUM team to proof digital solutions proposed by their Digital Health Solutions department before they are developed into complete marketed products. The project you will be working on is a cloud application to support healthcare professionals in their clinical decisions.
The project is one-year-old, so the team and product is still forming which gives you the opportunity to influence and improve it.
Main Tasks:
-You will be working closely with a team of around 10 people including developers, UX/UI and medical specialists who work together in an open space, where you will have a say in the decisions that the team needs to take, since the team has the autonomy to decide its own ways of working.
-You will be working with at least one other frontend developer and at least 2 backend developers who are closely connected with the UX/UI team.
-Together you will be building the application and transforming the designs into an actual product using HTML5, CSS and React.js with TypeScript which is hosted in Amazon AWS.
-With the rest of the team, you will help the Product Owner to come up with the necessary user and tech stories and prioritize them.
-You will also raise any concerns you find while evaluating them. For client and team, quality is always one of the most important parts of their job, so you will also make sure that the product works as expected and clearly and transparently communicate any findings.
Skills / Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years' experience of frontend development and excellent understanding in HTML5, CSS, ReactJS, JSS, or AngularJS experience
-Minimum 5 years of experience in web applications hosted in the cloud (Amazon AWS or similar)
-Minimum 5 years of software development experience with knowledge of Agile software development, pair programming, continuous integration, continuous deployment, highly scalable applications and application security
-Knowledge in CSS mastery, Responsive Design, Flexbox, Material Design, TypeScript or similar JavaScript framework
-Strong team player with good communication and collaboration skills. Solution oriented, autonomous and proactive working style
Nice to Have:
-Any knowledge and work experience in backend technologies such as Node.js, C#, .NET Core, Websockets, Docker, Micro services architecture or Amazon AWS / Microsoft Azure
Education:
-Bachelor's degree in Computer science or the software development sector
Languages:
-German- Nice to Have
-English- Fluent.
