• As part of HR transformation program, HR processes are being modified
• HR data will be migrated to the new platform and will be reconfigured to the new data model of HRT (SAP Success Factors)
• Existing HR systems transferred /connected to HRT
o Step 1 is to implement the Employee Central (EC) module of Success Factors
o Step 2 will include the roll-out of additional SF HR modules (Learning, Talent, Compensation & Recruiting)

Responsibilities include:
• Conduct gap analysis
• Define the gaps in detail that is specifying additional requirements (business/functional/non-functional)
• Support in conducting design workshops with the business to specify functional design before implementing the changes
• Define process-mapping (changes to existing as well as introduction of new processes) as per OPEX guidelines and secure sign-off
• Support data migration from payroll provider to SF EC – particularly via defining and implementing data quality review/checks/reconciliation for the interface
• Support the implementation of interfaces between SF EC and existing benefit providers etc.
• Support the identification of HR systems that are unneeded including assisting with closure of existing contracts where required
• Define the test strategy and draft test plans
• Lead the implementation of communication and test plan

Required qualification
• 8-10 + Years of professional experience
• Good hands-on experience as SAP Success Factor Business Analyst
• Experience in HR data migration involving SAP Success Factor
• Experienced in
o Eliciting clear, high quality business requirements from key stakeholders
o Conducting requirement workshops
o Creation of Business Requirements Specifications
o Documenting these requirements, right through from initial draft through to obtaining sign off from key stakeholders on the final version
o Executing As-Is business process, review and defining To-Be processes
o Creating UAT (User Acceptance Testing) strategies to facilitate the UAT process
o Testing the business process flow
o Act as ‘Communication Interface’ between the ‘Business Representatives’ & ‘Information Technology’
