Dear Sir or Madam,We are looking for the recently established RPA team of our client for help in following tasks:
Technical tasks:
• Analysis of Blue Prism processes design and identifying improvement potentials.
• Analyzing errors in the process executions, performing root-cause-analysis and suggesting best possible correction / redesign
• Discussing with both users and support teams the technical designs of the current and new processes
• Implementation of new processes in BP
• BOT management
Management tasks:
• Establishing AM processes in the RPA area – mainly focus on Incident Mgt., Change Mgt. and Problem Mgt.
• Review and redefinition of monitoring processes and relevant reporting
• Help to coordinate multiple suppliers (mostly offshore teams).
Start date:
End date: + extension option
Capacity: fulltime (4 days/week onsite and 1 day/week offsite)
