Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen sehr erfahrenen MS Dynamics CRM AX 2012 Specialisten wie folgt:

Hauptaufgaben
? Project member of the Pre Go-Live implementation phase of MS Dynamics AX 2012 on operative level
? Responsible for ERP and its subsystems training & coaching setup and documentation
? Writing of training documents, guidance, presentations and organizing E-learnings
? Responsible within a team for the internal CRM hotline
? Ongoing optimization and alignment of ERP processes to improve user acceptance
? Primary CRM contact for Suisse Romande for all CRM and CRM Mobile related topics with quarterly travels to our offices
? Drive organizational transition and promoting the firm wide application philosophy on all touch points within the firm

Anforderungen
? Bachelor's or Master's degree in (business) computer sciences or related
? Profound functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is essential
? Proven practical experience in an related function in an international business company or IT supplier
? Experienced with MS Dynamics AX 2012 is a plus
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (at least C1 level is required), French knowledge would be a strong asset
? Client-orientated and always actively searching for solutions on a highest standard of quality
? Strong team player, analytical and creative personality
