Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Analyze existing processes, structures, and organizations, identify gaps, and support the project with tailored remediation efforts
• Analyze the new data protection law and translate the legal context into an organizational and operational environment
• Design processes and define requirements in collaboration with various business and IT groups and stakeholders
• Create project deliverables, e.g. process designs, project documentation
• Organize and conduct working group meetings to validate and refine process designs
• Develop and implement a process roll-out strategy

Skills
• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Analytical mindset, structured approach, problem-solver, flexible, and self-directed
• Confident and outgoing attitude, very good interpersonal and diplomatic skills
• Experience in process design and roll-out
• Experience in multinational matrix organizations, preferably pharmaceutical industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

Nice to Haves
• +++ Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
• +++ Knowledge of data protection regulations, ideally EU GDPR
• + German language skills a plus
