Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3083 for a Senior Program Manager (f/m) Asset Servicing IT.Project environment
A global Swiss Bank has the ambition to consolidate a highly-fragmented Asset Servicing landscape (corporate action, income and redemption processing) with a single, global and vendor-based solution that enables a future utility service model. The next step is a so-called scoping phase, where the bank wants to refine the target state definition, align the roadmap with other major change initiative with dependencies and to revise the business case for senior management decision. They bank is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support them with project planning and business case revision in this phase. There is a good chance, the candidate can continue in a key role in the program if they get approval for the business case.
Tasks
• A key role in the program management team is to lay the basis of a multi-year, multi-million global program in an exciting and challenging environment.
• Shaping the future of the bank’s Asset Servicing processes and systems globally.
• Working in developing the business case & road map especially the costing of this project, talking to senior management and helping to prepare and deliver presentations.
• Close collaboration with and sparring partner for senior management.
• Working in a global environment and international collaboration.
• Working in an ambitious team, whose pronounced team spirit, specific business and IT expertise and high degree of methodological-conceptual skills.
Requirements
• Experience in planning and leading sizeable projects.
• Established track record in tackling complex issues & executing initiatives in the context of a large organization.
• Solid Know-how of Asset Servicing processes and systems (including vendor products).
• Good understanding of front to back securities operations.
• Solid Track Record in delivery of conceptual IT system architecture.
• Must have a strong experience in providing a global strategy with providing a business case for the road map for the consolidation of the multiple legacy platforms and applications.
• Must be prepared to get her / his hands dirty and be able to build and present business cases.
• Strong planning and tracking skills.
• Experience with vendor management.
• Can do mentality and solution orientation.
• Excellent stakeholder management on senior level with excellent presentation (Powerpoint) and communication skills.
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written).
