Our client a leading consultancy is looking for a PLM Engineer TCUA on a contract to be based in Switzerland. Technical skills needed include Teamcenter Unified Architecture 8.3.3 & 10.1.4, Integration with CATIA V5, Pro/Engineer and AutoCAD.
The successful candidate will install and setup clients for VPDM with CATIA on user's PCs, delete all locked workflows (processes), clean-up certain data and process requests from users via ServiceNow (ticketing system), delete data or re-assign items to a different access group.
Applicants must have Teamcenter UA, SQL, OS Admin level (Windows & Linux) experience in support role troubleshooting capacity. Experience of troubleshooting and resolving issues related to TCUA interfaces with CATIA on users' clients (Teamcenter Save Manager for CATIA), either caused by software/drivers or hardware issues.
Applicants must be open to providing 8-5 support with on demand weekend for production maintenance.
