Role: Evaluation of product quality problems. Developing solutions to eliminate problems clients have with product. Helping to implement changes.
Tasks:
- Execution of the work packages within area of responsibility
- Analyze data and prepare reports
- Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan
- Recommend next steps based on data generated
- Drive efforts to gain efficiency within work packages
- Coordinate efforts with other functional areas to accomplish tasks
- Organize and manage their own time within scope of assigned work packages
- Make decisions related to scope of their tasks
Requirements:
-1-2 years of experience in similar role, ideally in instrument or assay development/product care.
- Apprenticeship in Biotechnology plus two or more years of work experience in same field or Bachelor respectively Masters' degree (at most) in Biotechnology or Mechanical Engineering/Chemistry/Biology plus 1-2 years of work experience in this area.
Languages: Fluent English and German language skills required.
