Tasks
• Convert high level business specification into user story backlog.
• Work as scope owner and change requester on the backlog.
• Process modelling UML/BPMN/Workflow engine.
• Coaching for agile project approach.
Requirements
• University degree in information technology or similar.
• Experience with an agile project methodology.
• Experience as Requirements Engineer.
• Private Banking experience.
• Experience with UX platform.
• Working experience in an international environment.
• Experience with Temenos product suite.
• Excellent analytical and visualization skills.
• Good stakeholder management.
• Fluent in German and English.

• Able to press for a decision.
• Assertiveness.
• Communicative team player with a solution oriented attitude.
• Proactive, pragmatic and quick learner.
• Ability to communicate effectively and transparent across all levels within Technology, Business and Operations.
