Bosshard & Partner is looking with Mandate 3378 for a Senior Business Analyst (f/m) Financial Accounting / Taxation.Project environment
A global Swiss Reinsurance Company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst. In a small but global project team, you will be supporting / driving the business analysis from an IT perspective and support in the design and definition of further automated tax processes, their implementation and roll out.
Tasks
• Business analysis, requirements specification and implementation of to-be processes, data dictionaries and requirements in general as key member of the project team.
• Support the coordination of implementation of the future Tax application landscape and its integration with downstream / upstream systems.
• Work closely with the system engineers to ensure correct understanding and implementation of business requirements.
• Plan and execute change management activities including testing, user trainings.
• Business & technical end user consulting; monitoring, maintenance, 2nd level user support of productive processes.
• Support the Project Management.
Requirements
• University degree or higher education in business informatics or computer science.
• Track record in a business analysis function in a finance / accounting environment is required; ideally with business process automation experience.
• Experience in the area of Tax (business know how) or LongView Tax (Application know how) is a plus.
• Technical know-how in databases, automation, and ETL concepts and tools (e.g. Automic, Informatica PowerCenter) is a plus.
• Experience in IT project management is preferred.
• Good knowledge / experience in MS Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work independently, reliable, and innovatively.
• Structured and proactive way of thinking.
• Fluent in German and English.
