Test Manager, Banking, 12 month contract
On behalf of our client, one of the most established financial institutions worldwide, Swisslinx are looking for an experienced Test Manager with experience working on large scale banking projects for a new 12 month project in Zurich.
In order to be considered for this role, you will possess the following skills:
- Excellent university degree (preferably in Economics/Management, Science, Information Technology) or equivalent
- 5+ years professional experience as a test manager working on projects within the management consulting or financial services industry
- Experience in proven experience in banking (core trading/asset management) strongly advantageous
- Certified as ISTQB Test Manager
- Knowledge of HP Quality Center
- Fluent English language skills (German greatly beneficial)
In this challenging new role you will manage a team of testers and work on a project in the asset management domain.
You will be responsible for the following deliverables:
- Testing and coordination of new functionality and regression end-to-end across multiple core trading and Middle Office applications on the AM platform
- Coordination and execution of manual/automated test cases
- Documenting and aligning test plans, test results and defect management triage
- Defining of Test Strategy and Test Goals in collaboration with the Stakeholders.
- Creating of Test Concepts and Test plans inclusive Budgeting.
- Planning and Execution of the Test Activities.
- Monitoring of the Test Activities according to Quality Time and Budget
