Risk Reporting & Analysis Requirements Engineer
Summary:
We are looking for an English and German speaking Business Analyst/IT Requirements Engineer. The role is dealing with the analysis of the production of Credit Risk data in order to create visualisations on both the reported values (ie the regulatory and board level reports the bank produces on exposures) and the control framework that produces them. The analyst will be expected to review existing system metrics and identify new metrics requirements, discern the optimal format to offer product/market behaviour explanations to our users, and detail the paths required to offer drill downs on exposures from a methodology perspective. Candidate must have prior Credit Risk Experience; ideally also offering Regulatory reporting or legal regulations experience (eg ex audit). A familiarity with BCBS 239 would be a plus.
The successful applicant will be Embedded in a regulatory project for the Private Bank. This contract position will be based in Zürich, Switzerland.
Job Responsibilities:
. Analyse and document business requirement
. Write IT requirements
. Manage requirement gathering and change process (version control, sign off meetings etc.)
. Responsible for the requirements engineering process
. In between business stakeholders and IT team
. Use of industry standards (like use cases, UML, flow charts, state diagrams etc.)
. Support the test manager in setting up test cases on the requirements
. Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and further obligations
. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills:
. 5+ years experiences in business analysis and requirements engineering
. Able to act between the Change business and software development team
. Manage requirements through the entire software development life cycle
. Fluent in German and English
. Experience in GUI design and/or visualization and technical Back End service description (interfaces et al.)
. Management skills, to lead requirements workshops
. Writing and modelling skills, to communicate information effectively and represent requirements information in graphical forms
. Experience in international and agile projects preferred.
Education/Experience:
. University degree in either a technical or business degree
