For a major international client in Lausanne, we are looking for a SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) specialist
to administrate the SAP C4C platform, participate in the evolution and sustain of this solution according to the Business requirements as well as to supervise and perform rollout activities
Responsibilities will include:
Implement an import/export solution for our client's specific data of the solution:
- Validate a POC of a new Import/Export Module based on OData feature.
- Configure the application to implement the full import/export tool required to facilitate the transition from Early Adoption to Final.
- Prepare the testing scripts and coordinate the MATs with the super users of the application.
- Handover the solution to the Support organization and the solution team to sustain.
Validate the new responsive UI and web UI provided by SAP:
- Run and adapt Non-Regression testing scripts on the new User Interface (Mobile and Web) provided by SAP.
- Identify and the functional GAPS between the new User Interface provided by SAP and the one currently used.
- Identify the impacts of changing to this new UI.
- Define the mitigation actions to close these gaps and impacts.
- Define the cutover activities to rollout this new UI and ensure a change management action plan.
- Organize the knowledge transfer to the Business stakeholders and the solution team.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- SAP Cloud for Customer (1 to 2 years of experience)
- Degree in Information Systems Management or similar (HES, HEC or University)
- Very good knowledge of IT Software Lifecycles
- Experience with B2B or Trade Sales processes
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word)
- C4C10 - § certification (Optional)
- Good communication-social skills in English (fluent)
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2015 in the first instance. The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Lausanne.
Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
