SuccessFactors Functional Consultant

Hands-on, junior confirmed and SaaS background module leader who has:
* Experience in one or two deployment of a successfactor module (participation to requirement gathering workshops, up-dating workbooks, writing test scenarios, carry out testing and filing tickets and redesign requests)
* Ideally, experience in deploying the talent management module but another module of successfactors (employee central, LMS, Recruiting, etc..) is also receivable
* This experience can have been acquired within an organisation implementing Successfactors, but can also be as a consultant working for the solution integrator
* Experience can mean a junior in the team, not necessarily responsible

Purpose of the post:
The Pool and Talent management Module Leader is responsible for the development, global configuration and implementation of Pool management processes that cut across different SuccessFactors' modules (Recruitment, Performance and Goals, Employee central). She/he will also be responsible for the development, global configuration and implementation of the Succession and Career development product of the SuccessFactors solution.
She/he works in close cooperation with the HR Business Process Owners and Key Users to define the functional requirements and configure the Module with the support of the Integrator.
She/he works in coordination with the rest of the project team (PMO, Change Manager, Module leaders, technical team) and under supervision of the Project Manager

Main activities:
* Organise and Lead the process re-engineering, design and configuration work on client side
* Design and configure Pool management and Talent management functionalities with the Business Process Owner (BPO) and the integrator
* Design and configure roles and security with the integrator
* Design and Configure standard administrative reporting with the integrator
* Participate in the technical configuration of functional modules (creation of new fields, rules, workflow definition, templates, etc.)
* Organise and lead iteration testing and UAT's
* Contribute to define and clean the data sets needed for testing
* Produce training materials and documentation
* Provide training and support to customers
* Participate to the transition into production (migration of configurations into production environment)

Desired skills and qualifications:
* Proven project management skills
* Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements
* Experience in implementing a SuccessFactors product, ideally in the field of talent and career development
* Ability to work in a Project team and under pressure, organizational skill
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Strong interpersonal skills, ability to engage with distant stakeholders
* Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical persons and with business executives.
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), French is a big plus!

Reporting line:

* The Pool and Talent management Module Leader will report to the HRIS project Manager
* The position is based in Swizterland with potentially travel.
