IT Project Manager (Remedy/ITIL)
Requirement
Our customer requires an experienced Project Manager for a project migrating a system to another existing system. The new system covers the whole ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) suite (Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Release Management, Change Management, Service Requests) for all systems in Pharma Development. Therefore, a Project Manager with good understanding of ITIL processes is preferred. Remedy knowledge would be an advantage.
Tasks
You will be required to work together with Application Managers, System Owners, Quality Managers and QA to get project approved, achieve data collection, data mapping, data migration, planning of training, rollout, post-go-live support etc.
Project classification: global, GxP-relevant, high availability and visibility.
Plan, direct and co-ordinate the operations of a business, division, department or operating unit. Plan and maintain systems and procedures for operating efficiency. Manage staff for optimum performance. Manages one or more high-level, complex non-technical projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.
Candidates must be available to start no later than 1st November, ideally by mid-October. This is an English speaking role although German would be a nice addition.
