For our client, a leading company with global headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Change Management/HR Recruitment PMO (Contract, Zurich)
In this challenging contract position, you will be responsible for recruitment management metrics and for identifying recruitment priorities. Additionally, you will develop detailed plans for recruitment, training and people readiness and ensure their alignment with critical T&T programme timelines. Besides, you will support the country people readiness reporting and orchestrate change agent sessions as well as update organisational design content and documentation.
The development of integrated recruitment plans and the management of relevant HR aspects of people transitions are also important parts of your work.
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 12 months, with possible extensions.
The project language is English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
For this challenging role, we are searching for an experienced PMO Analyst with relevant HR, Change and Recruitment management experience. Programme experience, preferably from IT transition programmes, is a strong plus.
