For our banking client based in Zurich we are currently looking for a JEE Development Project Team Lead
Location: Zurich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Languages: English and German
Role Description:
- Lead a JEE high performance development team for the "Employee Share Ownership Service" Project
- Responsible for management of the entire delivery cycle of the project
- Work with the development team and the business to elicit, analyze, document, support prioritization of, specify, manage and communicate requirements, describe processes and propose improvements to process, ensuring a common understanding between business and IT
- Work with business users to ensure delivery quality of application
- Contribute to a reduction of implementation risks by creating and communicating high quality requirement/design specifications
- Close collaboration with our offshore development team and business partner
Necessary skills:
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with proven track record of delivery
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the Application Development area (Solid general IT knowledge)
- A university degree in an IT related area is preferred
- Strong collaboration skills to cooperate with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment (incl. offshore partners)
- Highly motivated and results-oriented personality
- Java and SQL knowledge and experience with agile project delivery methods is an advantage
- Fluent English, German beneficial.
