Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc. ). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.

Job Description:
-Write and edit technical documentation
-Responsible for quality management and user requirements within the Projects/Programs
-Developing Quality, Qualification or Validation Plans and Reports as well as the Global Rollout Strategy
-Define all actions, deliverables, responsibilities and procedures to satisfy client's quality, compliance and process requirements.
-Supporting project team in quality management activities, conducting risk assessments, contributing project tollgates, and ensuring that standard quality management procedures are followed
-Responsible to interact and communicate with management across various levels which includes deviation investigation and reporting, deviation impact assessments, corrective and preventive action analysis
-Monitoring quality process and ensuring that major, minor, and emergency changes are documented
-Define the Quality strategy and approach.
-Escalate non-compliance issues and perform Quality/Tollgate reviews and resolution of fundamental quality compliance issues
-Manage the IGM control Matrix and ensure compliance to IGM framework
-Assists higher level technical writers with writing and editing technical documentation.
-Follows established practices and principles.Under supervision, may assist with modifications to existing technical documentation.
-Work is assigned and general instructions given for routine work; more detailed instruction is provided for new projects.
-Applies knowledge of company policies and standard practices to resolve problems.
-Analyzes issues and uses judgment to make decisions. Escalates non-standard problems or issues.

-Understands the Impact of Customer Satisfaction: Values the importance of customer satisfaction and understands how ones actions impact customer satisfaction.
-Communications demonstrate concern and interest in the customers problems and needs. Written communications are coherent and accurate.
-Communicates frequently with the customer about the status of activities.
-Applies new technical approaches to best resolve customer problems. Keeps current with new approaches in the field.
-Considers cost of various business actions or alternatives in determining customer solutions.
Understands the customers of the IT organization and demonstrates a clear commitment to their satisfaction.
Understands how to work flexibly within organizational policies/procedures. Breaks down a problem into smaller parts.
Makes multiple causal links: Several potential causes or events, several consequences of actions, or multiple-part chains of events (A leads to B leads to C leads to D). Analyzes relationships among several parts of a problem or situation. Anticipates obstacles and thinks ahead about next steps.
-German Language is Plus.
