Database Administrator - GxP environment
On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players based in the Basel area, we are looking for a Database Administrator with good experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and PMX Rockwell.
It is a long-term contracting position starting in November until the end of the year 2016.
In this position the Database Administrator will be responsible for planning and executing all database-related activities and operations. One of the main tasks will be to develop and implement system concepts. In this role you will also be responsible for implementing, maintaining, monitoring and updating crossplatform distributed databases.
You bring to this role:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the administration of IT infrastructure projects
- Strong experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); ideally in PMX Rockwell
- Very good Database experience with Unix or Linux
- Fluent in English and German, any additional language is an advantage
