System Engineer required to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland
Member of the Project team in charge of the delivery of a Qualified Windows 10 Client (Based on SCCM 2012 Technologies).
Supports getting a Windows 10 build in line with existing Client Services offering to customers inside and outside of Infrastructure Services.
including:
- Engineering of client installation leading to the first qualified build.
- Collaborate with Client Services on definition, optimization and standardization of the Integrated Workplace Services architecture on a global basis.
- Planning and driving the implementation of new Workstation architectures aligned with the architecture team.
- Ensuring that the installed architecture satisfies defined performance, security and availability parameters.
- Ensure adequacy of upgrades.
- Support during qualification process, deep dive to find a root cause of an issue, proposing options to fix issues during qualification.
- Prepare for handover to operation team and facilitate service integration including in the build solutions to facilitate the support (SCCM log files, Win 10 troubleshooting)
Key Competences requested:
Windows 10 Operating System Engineering, MDT, SCCM, Scripting, experience in designing enterprise class solutions.
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: Asap - till end December 2015 (evtl. option for extension)
