Harvey Nash is looking for an AP/T&E Solution Center Associate for a 3 + month project in Switzerland.
The AP/T&E Solution Center Associate is supporting the AP team for a number of the clients Group entities, ensuring quality processes, securing company assets by applying tight controls in the financial transactions, while providing accurate financial information and timely reporting of balances.
You are responsible for
- Timely processing of incoming e-mail, calls, faxes, related to Accounts Payable and Travel and Entertainment, as: Invoices, Credit Notes and Down Payments including interactions with O&O providers
- Resolution of Travel inquiries
- General and Customer service including delegations, reminders and reporting
- Document reception, sorting of accounting documents, scanning and validation
- Timely processing of incoming e-mail, calls, faxes, related to Invoices, Credit Notes and Down Payments including interactions with O&O providers
- Oversight of Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt and timely clearing
Requirements
- Education: Certified Finance/Accounting (KV) specialist or similar degree
- 1-2 years' experience in Finance
- SAP knowledge preferred
- German and English mandatory, French preferred
- Call Desk experience
