My client urgently requires an experienced Level 3 Support Engineer on Safenet for an initial 3 months contract.
Activities:
Interact with customer stakeholders for OTP generation, configuration and deployment
Support SAS teams for OTP rollout to users
Safenet token management
Co-ordination with multiple teams for troubleshooting two factor authentication related errors
Update Remedy incident management system for incident status updates.
Required skills and experience:
6-8 years SafeNet support experience
Hands on experience in supporting two factor authentication solution specifically Gemalto/Safenet
Hands on cloud based Gemalto/Safenet SAS Administration Console
Experience in Knowledge acquisition, for 2 factor authentication services
Safenet/Gemalto LDAP Synch Agent knowledge
Experience in token provisioning, token inventory reconciliation
Good client interaction skills
Excellent communication skills
PowerShell and .NET Scripting
Microsoft SQL knowlesge
Active Directory
Hands on experience in supporting identity and access management services
