Project Assistant
Manning Global's Client is the world's largest telecommunication vendor, serving one third of the world's population in 170 countries. We are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant to join their business in Switzerland.
Position Title: Project Assistant
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: September 2015.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the customer physical sites information on HW system
- Maintain the link between Huawei internal sites with customer physical sites
- Receive the material outbound request from project and create the outbound application in HW internal system
- Other reporting tasks of PMO department when required
Qualifications:
- Experience as Administrative Assistant or similar jobs
- You are fluent in English and German and ideally Chinese native
- You are confident in using MS Office
- You have good manners and a high service availability
