Experience: +5 Years of experience as a Business Consultant/Systems Analyst/Business Process Modeler
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Business Analyst (Sales Force Automation and Customer Services)
* SDLC, documentation
* Reporting and analytics
* Data quality
Activities:
* Preparation of detailed requirements specifications for systems design
* Development, validation and execution of User Acceptance Test Cases
* Acquainted with Software Development Life Cycle processes
* Strict adherence to J&J's SDLC methodologies and documentation standards
* Usage of HP ALM to document and track user requirements and test cases
* Liaising between business and offshore teams for Change Requests
* Management of Issues through all phases by tracking, analysing and communicating between stakeholders
* Perform data analysis and cleansing exercises, ensuring proper data quality.
* Provide support for business critical applications
* Creation and modification of user procedures
* Ability to accurately capture and document business systems requirements from a diverse user group
