Global Engagement Lead - Contract - Zurich
For a client of ours, a major corporate with global headquarters based in Zurich, Swisslinx is searching for a Global Engagement Lead for a long term contract position.
This position will be with a global transition and transformation programme and will involve the engagement of the countries in scope to transition. You will also create an overview of the country governance setup and collect information & confirm the Hosting Management scope for these countries. The data should be maintained within the repositories used by the transition and transformation programme.
This role will be critical to the success of the programmes the successful candidate will be the conduit between what happens on the ground and the core hosting management transition and transformation management team.
To be considered for this position you will need to have the following experiences, expertise and knowledge:
- Background in transition coordinator/manager lead role
- Background knowledge of hosting management services
- Good understanding of ITIL best practices and its application within the organisation
- Transition and transformation on large platform/hosting engagement
- Experience working with large/complex projects
- Experience in managing in offshore model
