HR Business Analyst/Polaris Global Mobility
Are you looking for your next project? Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players in Switzerland is currently looking for an HR Business Analyst for a challenging project which aims to implement a new expatriate management solution namely Polaris global mobility.
This is a contracting role starting ASAP until the end of year with an option to extend.
In this role the Business Analyst will be supporting the delivery of the deployment phase of the project which will focus on non-cash cost tracking and payroll integration. Your main responsibilities will consist in analysing cost tracking requirements, reviewing different options available with the Polaris Global Mobility System and suggest new implementation options.
You bring to this role:
- Experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical environment
- Strong experience with HR Global Mobility and International Assignment processes
- Very good know-how of Polaris Global Mobility solution (or equivalent)
- Very good business analysis skills
- Great communications skills in English
