Senior Project Manager – IT Security (3143)

Security IT is a group-wide function which ensures integrated, secure and risk-aware IT operations by offering best fit, easy to leverage, reliable and cost effective security services, tools, processes and expertise across all business groups. We are looking for a senior Project Manager who will be responsible for delivering the objectives of projects or sub-projects that form an integral part of highly complex project or entire program. This includes responsibility for timely implementation of defined project objectives in line with quality standards and the budget.

Your qualifications/competencies:

- At least 5 years professional experience in project management
- English language excellence (proficiency level)
- Experience in the software development lifecycle, the domain of the application and platform
- Scope estimation, planning, time management, scheduling, project costing, and budget management
- Risk analysis, dependencies, and decision analysis skills
- Leadership and team building capabilities
- Deliverables based management, a focus on the delivery of customer value, in the form of executing software that meets (or exceeds) the customer's needs.
- Experience with the deployment of the following technologies & products:
> Virtual end user platform based on VDIs
> Terminal server based application delivery
> Authentication methodology through the Citrix stack
> Location awareness solutions in virtual environments
> Mobile device security (MDM / MAM platforms)
> BYOD security controls
> PKI / smart card
> Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp, XenMobile, Netscaler, StoreFront
> Symantec Data Leakage Prevention solution
> MS Digital Rights Management

The role involves:

- Apply project change management and get buy-in from all stakeholders
- Responsible for all necessary planning, controlling and reporting tasks within its project
- Managing stakeholders to set/fulfil their expectations and keep track on business benefit realization while marketing these achievements appropriately
- Create status reports, management reports and the like for respective target audience
- Ensure and write adequate project documentation
- Implementing the agreed sourcing pattern
- Manages relationship with all project stakeholders (CIO function, Business, BSM, Interface partners, etc.)
- Coordinates regularly with the Business Project Lead concerning requirements, project plan and reporting
- Organizes and leads the project team (i.e. plans and manages allocated resources, shapes priorities, coordinates interactions with customers and users and keeps the project team focused)
- Ensures an efficient project governance – roles and responsibilities
- Provides the project plan and updates it as needed (deadlines, milestones, delivery, requested and planned resources etc.)
- Establishes a set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project work products
- Ensures provision of cost and effort estimations Staffs the project by requesting resources, e.g. PMO, BA, DEV
- Prepares information and recommendation for choosing the appropriate sourcing pattern
