For a project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced Senior Lead Business Analyst - Sales/Marketing Systems (3124)

Your qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience as Senior Business Analyst
  • Experience in Banking and/or with sales/marketing systems/modules (ideally IBM interact or SAS Marketing Automation)
  • Independent, systematic and structured approach and way of working (eg use cases, activity diagrams, UML)

Experienced in the usage of:

  • Use cases modelling
  • Business process modelling
  • Business concept modelling
  • Understanding/defining business rules Ability to keep the big picture in focus while doing a deep dive in a certain field

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to handle and align multiple challenging stakeholders with different understandings and targets
  • Team leader/team player
  • Can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
  • Ability to perform under strong pressure

Overview of the role:
We are looking for a senior lead business analyst with a solid and proven BA methodology track record (use case modelling, UML diagrams, business concepts, business processes across solutions) who is able to lead, coordinate and manage the requirements engineering and requirements management process within the project.

A profound understanding of sales/marketing systems (eg IBM Interact) would be an advantage. Corporate language for any documentation is English, project language is mostly German and therefore fluent speaking is a must.
