CONTRACT: Java-Developer / Trading Desk (m/w)

These are your Tasks in this role:
You will work in a team with the scoop to develop tools and application to support the trading desk of a renowned Bank.
Your main activity will be to design, implement and test the tools and application based on the requirements lot the trading teams.
One other important activity is the support (3rd Level) of the successful implemented Tools and Applications and the training of the users to guarantee a correct and efficient use of the Tolls and Applications
The following skills are required:
You have a degree in Information Technology or Engineering or similar.
Strong knowledge and best-practices in Java and related utilities/libraries.
Deep knowledge in: Spring Framework, Maven, Eclipse, Visual C++, QT
Messaging between services using JSON and Thrift on ActiveMQ and MQ
Experience in Modelling relational databases, Oracle, Hibernate, JDBC
Good understanding of financial products, e.g. Options, Derivatives and of market data.
Experience in implementing complex mathematical algorithms
You are a dynamic goal-oriented person who likes to work in small Teams.
It is important for you to deliver on time and you are able to work under pressure without compromising the quality of your work.
You possess good time management and good communication skills.
Fluent English skills are a must. (German skills would be an asset).
