A Swiss Private Bank is looking for a Senior Software Developer to join the e-Tools Pricing Team.
Tasks
• Developing tools and applications to support the trading desks of the bank.
• Design, implement and test based on the requirements of the trading teams.
• Provide 3rd level support and user training.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science or equivalent education.
• Several years of experience in Object-oriented Programming.
• Hands-on experience in Java and related utilities/libraries, Spring Framework, Maven, Eclipse, Visual C++, QT.
• Messaging between services using JSON and Thrift on ActiveMQ and MQ.
• Experience in modelling relational databases, Oracle, Hibernate, JBDC.
• Good understanding of financial products, e.g. Options, Derivatives, and of market data.
• Experience in implementing complex mathematical algorithms.
Soft skills
• Excellent English, written and spoken, German is an asset.
• Delivering reliable results on time and under pressure is a must.
• Flexible and goal-oriented.
• Willing to work in a small team.
