For an exciting project with our client in Zurich, we are looking for an eCommerce Quality Evaluator

Position: This project will run over the Christmas 2015 season (Oct 2015 -Jan 2016).
Start date: 05.10.2015
End date: 08.01.2016
Duration: 14 weeks.

We are looking for innovative and flexible people, keen to make the first step in developing their career. This is an opportunity to support the Online Shopping Team in an innovative and fast-paced environment across the 2015 Christmas season. Language: English (other languages are a definite plus)

Responsibilities
- Monitor the execution of automated processes powered by engineering tools and ensure manual fallback in case of issues
- Report to and collaborate with engineering teams to fix the issues
- Fill forms according to provided data
- Improve the quality of our E-commerce service by evaluating shopping search results to identify areas of concern and interest.
- Help scope and develop tools to automate and optimize process workflow.
- Either fix issues with the provided tools, or report issues to follow up with engineering teams.

Requirements:
- University degree or being currently enrolled in university is a plus.
- Excellent web research and analytical skills.
- You should be highly analytical with an ability to pay close attention to detail
- Interest in online shopping and E-commerce is a must.
- Relevant experience as a quality operations analyst, in quality assurance, audit or accounting is appreciated but not mandatory.
- Capabilities in performing daily routine jobs.
- Capabilities in working night shifts/flexible hours due to the 24/7 nature of this project
- Self-disciplined and capability to work under little supervision.
