Introduction: Since its founding in 1997 ITech Consult AG has expanded its network of freelance IT continuously. Today we have access to over 30,000 reported IT specialists (developers, system specialists, project managers, supporters, etc. ). So we are able to present computer science professionals with the required profiles in a short term.
Main Tasks/Duties:
-Support of the Configuration Management team in a highly regulated environment
-Gather, analyze, document and manage configuration information in the database SAP.
-Ensure the configuration management database is up-to-date and accurate.
-Ensure configuration changes are agreed upon by all stakeholders and captured within the database together with change assessments.
-Generate all needed configuration reports out of the database and deliver in time and quality.
-Independently organize and lead meetings with cross functional stakeholders.
-Escalate issues when things are not going according to plan
Requirements:
-You are a detail-oriented, structured person, able to drill down from high-level information into details.
-You are a motivated and quick learner
-You have strong communication skills to facilitate meetings.
-You are fluent in English (required); German a plus.
-You are an active listener to be able to grasp relevant information.
-Experience with systematic product development is a plus.
-Experience with databases is a plus.
