Scrum Master
Montash have been engaged by a large organisation in Zurich to source an Scrum Master to educate and lead the Agile Development of their SAP System. The Project is English Speaking, however it is highly beneficial to have German as a language skill.
The Scrum Master will lead agile projects and is responsible for:
Sprint Planning, Co-ordinate Stand-ups, Reporting, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives, Quality Assurance, Resource Allocation, Conduct Kick-off, Implementation Standards, Issue Escalation procedure and transport management.
This individual will track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress. As the agile expert, you will ensure that teams understand and are practicing the core agile principles.The successful candidate will be working with the Business teams and the IT teams to educate and introduce Agile Methodology to there ERP (SAP) implementation programme, previous experience in doing so is essential.
