Senior Business Analyst - Private Banking. On behalf of our client, a major bank in Zurich, we are currently looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst who plays a key role in a global, regulatory-driven system implementation for collateral processing.
Your tasks:
- Managing and communicating business needs and functional requirements for a key global application
- Translating business needs into IT delivery and present regular status updates for the business
- Implementing troubleshooting measures
- Improving of the application services and performance
- Ensuring architecture compliance by collaboration with functional and domain architects
Your experience/skills:
- Degree in IT preferred
- More than 5 years' experience in Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering and ideally Project Management
- Functional (working) knowledge in collateral management is a plus
- A good understanding of banking products from an IT perspective
- Very good partnership skills and the ability to manage the stakeholder needs and expectations
- Excellent communication skills in English, German is a strong plus
