Excellent Swiss based PeopleSoft contract position - 6 months with likely extensions

PeopleSoft Global Payroll & Swiss Payroll expert position for BAU, Legal Enhancements & Platform migration project - BAU, Legal Enhancements

  • PeopleSoft application design, development, integration, testing and deployment; and PeopleSoft application technical architecture.
  • Participate in every aspect of enhancement and upgrade of PeopleSoft Payroll. This covers both the upgrade of the existing rules and changes related to any functional improvements as part of the upgrade project.
  • Supporting business (error analysis, reports, payroll processing, etc.)
  • Implementing and analysis of POC(proof of concepts ) from Oracle bundles for incorporating legal changes in Global Payroll rules
  • Work with XML publisher for legal reports.
  • Professional design, implementation and deployment of Global Payroll solutions to achieve defined business goals.
  • Strong partnership with HR business

Platform integration

  • Support development of integration design
  • Develop integration of Swiss Payroll to global HCM system (WorkDay)
  • Migrate current data into future system
  • Testing

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as PeopleSoft Global Payroll expert, preferably for Swiss Payroll
  • Have skills in PeopleSoft applications process design and configuration
  • Experience in PeopleSoft Global payroll/HR modules. Modify/create payroll rules. Knowledge of Global Payroll framework, rules processing and Integration and collaboration with HR modules. Swiss Payroll knowledge is strongly desired.
  • Expertise in design, integration and implementation using the PeopleSoft toolset and programming model
  • Worked on People tools, Peoplecode,SQr's,Application engine
  • Good knowledge of SQL queries .Oracle skills preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of change & config management processes, methods and standards
  • Experience in client relationship management and people management
  • Solution oriented; thinking in solutions rather than in problems
  • Ability to be hands on , as well as see the "big picture"
  • Strong organizational skills with disciplined and structured approach
  • Experience in working and interaction with high profile stakeholders
  • Reliable, analytical and flexible personality
  • Excellent communication skills in English, German is an advantage
  • Understanding of application-/software architecture is beneficial
