Beschreibung

For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for a Lead Business Analyst, who will act as a mediator between the Banking Product Management and the Application Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Having all-over responsibility for all the requirements engineering process cycles
  • Being involved in the entire software development life cycle, establishing, managing and verifying the fulfilment of all requirements
  • Leading requirements elicitation workshops
  • Analysing existing models and developing businesses processes together with the SMEs
  • Critically evaluating the data from various sources, distinguishing the user requests and the solution ideas
  • Being a mediator between customer community and development teams
  • Resolving conflicts among project stakeholders, eg product management, engineering, customers, etc.
  • Leading sub-projects
  • Designing and conducting tests
  • Deriving the project requirements and determining the project's delivery specifications
  • Ensuring the solution is compliant with regulations and policies

Ideal Profile:

  • 5+ years experiences in a Senior IT Business Analyst function in the banking sector
  • University Degree in Computer Science, Business Engineering or a related field of study
  • Strong understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong Application domain knowledge
  • Strong modelling skills
  • Knowledge of Product Management concepts
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent English and German
