For our client, a global company with global headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent

Executive Assistant (Contract, Zurich)

In this challenging role, you will work on a large IT programme and provide administrative assistance to senior IT leaders and stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include meeting organisation, expense management, preparing presentations and meeting minutes, as well as managing confidential information. You will also gain exposure to a large PMO organisation and support their activities, including resource management and organising events, including workshops.

This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 12 months.
Fluency in English is necessary for this role. Knowledge of German is a strong asset.

For this challenging role, we are searching for an experiences and dynamic Executive Assistant. We are searching for an organised, detailed-orientated and proactive individual, who is able to work under pressure and with little supervision. You are familiar with working in a large and busy project environment, ideally in the IT sector. You are familiar with Excel and with handling information through SharePoint.
