CS and PS Mobile Core Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a CS and PS Mobile Core Engineer to join their business in Switzerland.
Position Title: CS and PS Mobile Core Engineer
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities
- Operate, Maintain and Optimise the client's network
- Integration of new network elements and liaising with project teams for implementation of new services
- Provide assistance to the GNOC
- 2nd level & 3rd level incident and problem management as well as preventive maintenance
- Emergency Support covering a 24/7 network outage as well as a 24/7 standby service
- Functional testing as well as overall responsibility for Change Requests
Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science
- At least 5 years work experience within the CS/PS Core area
- Deep knowledge of Huawei equipment & platforms (Huawei M2000)
- Wide knowledge in GSM/GPRS/UMTS (MSS, HLR,VLR, SGSN, GGSN )
- Good knowledge of certain protocols: OSIX SS7,SIP, SCCP/TCAP, ISUP, DTAP, MGTS
- Proven track record of Back Office experience
- IP knowledge and experience within security will be a big benefit
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
