MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
-Work with HPSM ticket system (track, document, implement)
-Allocate and prepare hardware for deployment
-Deliver and install IT-infrastructure for either new user or bulk requests and Reclaim hardware process
-Handling of the repair process
-Inventory management (stock rooms, DSMT)
-Request Hardware via ARIBA
Act as a point of contact for Hardware Pool customers and service providers
Requirements/Education:
-High school diploma or informatics education
-MCP - MCSE certification is an advantage
-2 + years of successful technical experience in a desk side support
-Experience in Technical writing for documentation
-Experience with ITIL (Foundation) is required
-Experience in technical skills for analysing and troubleshooting problems.
-Experience in Windows Client Technology, Desktop and Productivity tools and experience with at least one Ticketing tool
-Experience working in a complex customer environment
-Fluency in English and German required
