Our client is a well-known international telecommunications carrier.
Work place: Zurich
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 year overall ( 3 month contracts on a rolling basis )
Your tasks:
*monitor and process the performance improvement of the LTE/UMTS Network
*ensure detailed parameter planning and cluster KPI acceptance
*progress radio network optimization (wireless 3g/4g)
*take part in delivering technical complex solution and also provide technical lead if necessary
*offer your wide technical knowledge and successfully fulfil managerial duties
*meet performance benchmarks, improve network performance
*monitor and communicate statistic data analysis and signal tracing analysis
Your Profile:
*at least 15 years working experience in the wireless network area
*wide working knowledge within the RF (radio frequency) optimization field
*in depth technical expertise covering UMTS as well as 1-4G and LTE standards
*at least 5 years of leading Teams of 20 members +
*Good communication and coordination skills
*familiar with RF algorithm, parameters and network architecture
*fluent in English
