Edelway is a Swiss IT Services company. For one of our major clients, an international renowned financial institution, we are looking for a Senior Oracle Developer to integrating their development team located in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland.
YOUR SKILLS:
* Oracle senior developer
* Experience on Oracle ETL and related technologies.
* Hands on experience on SQL, PL/SQL and other
* Demonstrable experience of good query performance tuning skills.
* Experience with all phases of the systems development life cycle
* Excellent organisational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
* Mentoring experience, especially with developers in different locations.
* Understanding of standard change control policies and procedures and ideally experience working in an IT environment with change control procedures
BENEFICIAL SKILLS:
* Awareness of test-driven development and design
* Experience of working in a continuous integration environment (TeamCity)
* Experience with Sybase ASE (15)
* Business knowledge of Credit Risk
* Experience with source control (preferably Subversion)
* Experience with UNIX (Linux/AIX/Solaris
