OSS System Tools Engineer
Job location:
The position will be based in Dübendorf, Switzerland.
System administration and account administration for OSS systems and applications, including Amdocs Cramer/Amdocs OSS9
Life cycle management of OSS systems and applications (responsible for roadmaps, upgrades, patches, further developments)
Customer relationship management
User acceptance testing
Software implementation
On-call duty
Requirements:
High level knowledge of the telecoms network necessary
Very good knowledge of databases, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, Shell script, C, Java, Javascript,
XML, SOAP, Windows Server, Backup- recovery systems, HTML, Perl, Python
Proven Business Intelligence knowledge and experience
Proven experience in OSS Fulfillment and Assurance
On-call capability and flexibility
English speaking is a must, German is welcome
