For our client, a leading corporate with global headquarters in Zurich, we are urgently searching for a highly motivated and competent
Tools SME - Asset & Configuration process (Contract)
In this challenging role you will ensure the correct design and implementation of Asset & Configuration processes (including CMDB) in ServiceNow and its alignment with programme requirements.
You will act as a facilitator of requests from other programme streams and participate in the design implementation of the Asset & Configuration process (including CMDB).
This is a contract position in Zurich.
The start date is ASAP.
The contract duration is 6 months.
The project language is English.
For this challenging position, we are searching for an SME with strong experience with ITSM tools and knowledge of the ITIL v3 processes. Previous experience with ServiceNow is necessary. Experience with working and configuring tools supporting Asset & Configuration processes (eg MS SCCM) is a must.
