Beschreibung

A major private bank is searching for a System Administrator/Engineer to take up a contract position within their system management environment.

The successful candidate will assume control over the planning, designing and operating of the monitoring infrastructure within Tivoli including the Incident and Configuration Management Tool (HPSM).

Other responsibilities include the integration of new applications into the monitoring solution, designing new monitoring and event management solutions within these frameworks, and operating the central information repository's single point of control.

Key tasks

* Planning, designing, operating, controlling, monitoring, and maintenance of the Tivoli Monitoring solution
* Concept-creation and management of smaller projects
* Providing customer advice for topics including event management and analysis of monitoring/implementation requirements in the standard incident process
* Ensure stability and life cycle-management via managing installations, and update releases, etc
* Operation of the information centre's SPOC (single point of control, telephone resp. Mail)
* Development of systems management solutions (eg Scripting)
* Analysing Incidents
* Execution of documented processes and operational tasks
* Design and participation in the creation of standard operating processes
* Documentation of operational experience and know-how and knowledge transfer within the System Management Team

Key requirements

* Absolutely necessary: fluent English & German - spoken and written
* Absolutely necessary: TIVOLI ITM 6.3 and Omnibus/Netcool 7.3.1 Products knowledge
* Desirable: knowledge of HP Service Manager, Automic, File Xpress (Attachmate)
* Absolutely necessary: ITIL Foundation
* Desired: ITIL v3 Training
* Solid knowledge of operating systems Windows and RedHat Linux
* Profound experience in IT Service Management - in particular with ITIL processes relating to Event, Incident, Configuration Management, Problem Management, Change Management
* Experience with SQL, Shell and PowerShell Scripting
* Sound knowledge of MS Office products
