Für unseren Kunden in der Zentralschweiz suchen wir per 1. August 2015 einen "Projekt Manager".Stellenbeschreibung:
Main Tasks
Support of the project leader and the project team:
• Manages project information to support project teams, management teams (e.g. Project Steering,
Platform Steering, Life Cycle Teams, etc.) and decision making.
• Support of project setup (e.g. Project Charter, Scope Statements, Project Handbook, etc.), project
Planning, project implementation, progress- & cost control, and project closing.
• Significant involvement in the drafting of the overall (product) concepts and (product) requirements
• Tactical coordination of timelines/budgets for all projects and functions within an area
• Manage execution of cross-functional plans and track of progress of activities
• Create and maintain integrated task-, resource- and budget plans
• Highlight and track dependencies across projects
• Proactively identify gaps, look ahead to potential bottlenecks or delays and challenge assumptions
• Risk management incl. critical path, risk assessment, scenario creation and analysis
• Proposes options to close gaps and get projects back on schedule
• Single point of control for project data (collect from functions/finance; owns version management and release of changes)
• Preparation of Project Status / Progress Reports
• Compile and communicate project reports
• Support for technical groups or other projects in an advisory function.
• Guide team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization.
• Implement / pull in best practices to project teams; foster continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge, experience exchange.
• Guides and manages preparation of project milestone reviews.
• Defines, measures and reports key performance indicators for the projects to enable teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Handling of Project- and Management Meetings (set agenda, organize meetings, edit minutes).
• In the absence of the Development Project Leader, able to run project team meetings.
• Participation and partly leading relevant project meetings
• Set-up of additional meetings for project planning and controlling purposes
• Set-up and adapt relevant PMO processes and structure in alignment with relevant stakeholders
• Adapt relevant PM processes, methods and tools in alignment with corresponding stakeholders
• Pro-active and service-oriented way of working and critical thinking
• Able to present in front of larger groups
Ausbildung:
University degree
Weiterbildung:
A certification or training in project management is an asset
Erfahrung
Ca.5+ years work experience
Working in projects with exposure to typical project management tasks
Involvement in data collection and data analysis
EDV
Very good skills in MS Office; MS Project is an asset
