HP Service Manager/HPSM Administrator (HPSM) - Switzerland - 3 months +
Our client a global IT Consultancy is looking for an experienced HP Service Manager Administrator/HP Service Manager Consultant (HPSM) to work onsite at a prestigious client based in Switzerland. As the lead HP Service Manager Administrator/HP Service Manager Consultant (HPSM) You will be responsible for the for the day to day administration and management of HP Service Manager software for a busy customer helpdesk.
Technical Skills:
Extensive technical knowledge & experience of the HP Service Manager
Experience in installing & configuring HP Service Manager
Knowledge & Experience in HPSM customizations such as form customizations, format controls and Scripting -Installation, Integration, and Deployment of HPSM
Experience of advanced workflow
Design, Develop & implementation in HP Service Manager
Knowledge of version migration of HP Service Manager Software
