Service/Integration Manager/3 months/Basel (m/w)
We are looking for a Service/Integration Manager for our client in Basel.
Your tasks:
- Drive and communicate the integrated delivery process across teams, organizations and service-providers
- Identify and manage stakeholders ensuring that all stakeholders are accountable for their tasks
- Create/track and maintain progress status on all key tasks
- Analyse, interpret and recommend actions
- Work within the taskforce, understand its actions and requirements and address relevant topics to the team
- Support risk and issue management and drive its resolution.
- Provide recommendations to improve ways of working, as appropriate
- Support the preparation of presentations for leadership meetings
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience in Service Management, preferably in a similar role
- Good understanding of infrastructure and applications architecture
- Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
- Fluent in English/German is desirable
